At Sphero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the pre-paid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
